Our project placement service is priced as a flat fee, we require a complete home that features all the main areas (kitchen, bathroom, living areas etc). We think it’s a great introduction to the benefits of PR especially as you start to build a portfolio of projects.

Photo review
Send your project photos via Dropbox and we will let you know if we can accept your project.

Media kit preparation
We will send over a questionnaire for you to complete on the project. This will allow us to create a comprehensive press kit that includes a Design Statement and Caption Document.

Pitching begins
We will provide a suggested list of outreach targets for feature placement for sign off with you. We will place the feature in ONE of the suggested outlets from our media list. We will update you weekly on our outreach, providing anecdotal feedback and final placement confirmation.

Confirmation
Following confirmation with the media outlet we will facilitate any interviews the journalist requests and share the publication date with you and the coverage when it is out in the world!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if you can’t get my project placed?
If we are unable to place your project for publication only the deposit fee is due. This covers our time and outreach. With editorial there are many factors outside of our control that impact the decision if a project is included or not.
How many outlets will you pitch?
We will take your project to up to five outlets with the goal of getting one exclusive placement. Most design publications demand exclusivity for up to three months. And this often means you can’t use your images on social media or your website until after publication.
How long does it take to get my project placed?
This can vary from two weeks to a couple of months and depends on varying factors including who we are targeting in our outreach (print media takes longer to secure). We of course aim to get your project placed as quickly as possible but it can take time!
How long does it take for the press to come out?
Digital (online) placements are a quicker turnaround—on average a month or two depending on the magazine’s lead time. Print works extremely far out—up to six months in Australia or up to a year for overseas publications is not uncommon.
